Some stores are limited by their cash registers to uploading only 
the current pay period.

Some stores maintain an archive sales account with Mall-Central.com

Some stores dont realize an archive account is available so you
could ask your store to consider getting an archive account.

The best thing for our users to do is to make sure they export a
copy of their sales on the last day of each pay period.

1. The store may not have uploaded their sales
   a. look in the upper right corner of this screen.  Do the dates
      for the First Sale and Last Sale make sense?  If not then
      the store had problems uploading their sales data

2. You may have entered an incorrect Store ID, Dealer ID, or password
   a. these things are case sensitive so please try again

3. LAYAWAYS: Depending on the store, completed layaways may not show 
   up on-line.  For example, a layaway may not be listed on-line before 
   it is completed.  If the layaway was initiated in a previous month 
   and was completed this month, you wont see it now because the trans-
   action date may remain as the original initiation date.  If the store 
   is able to upload many months at a time then you may see the completed 
   layaway by changing the range of dates above.

4. You did not sell anything (sorry)

Sales for the previous month will disappear shortly after the 1st of each month or shortly after the next payout period.
