Message to users:

1. Your sales report should come up within 30 seconds. If it does not you can either contine to wait or close your browser window and come back later.

Hitting the submit key again will make everyone's wait even longer as it keeps your first request in the cue, of which you will never see the response, and puts your duplicate submission to the back of the line which makes your wait even longer.

2. Try checking your sales after 9 PM ET. You'll be less frustrated.

3. Use the FAST REPORT. Compare response time and accuracy and report any concerns to

If feedback is favorable Fast Report will become our standard Sales Report format and Desktop Report will become obsolete.

4. Fast Report will only work with yesterday's password. What this means is if you change your password today the Fast Report will still work but with your previous password before you changed it. Your new password will not be active for the Fast Report until the next day. The Desktop and Mobile Reports will use your new password just as they always have.
